Jack Brinkman
Jack Brinkman is a retired circuit court judge for Madison County, Indiana. He now serves as a temporary judge on the court. He was appointed as judge pro tem to replace Fredrick R. Spencer, who resigned in September of 2009 amidst judicial misconduct complaints.[1]
