James B. Todd

James B. Todd was a federal magistrate judge for the Eastern District of Kentucky. He was appointed to the court on March 31, 1994, and retired on April 30, 2010.[1]
Education
Todd received his B.S. from the University of Kentucky, Lexington in 1963 and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky Law School, Lexington in 1966.[2]
Career
From 1975 to 1994, Todd was with the firm Todd and Smith, Attorneys at Law. In 1994, he received his appointment to the Eastern District of Kentucky.[2]
