James F. Proud

James F. Proud is a judge on the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Proud was appointed to the court in December of 1996 then elected in 1997. In 2007, Proud was retained to a term that will expire in 2017.[2]
Education
Proud earned both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from Villanova University.[3] In addition to those degrees he holds a Master of Public Administration from Golden Gate University and a Master of Laws from Temple University.[2]
