Jason McCarthy (North Dakota)

Jason McCarthy is a judge of the Northeast Central Judicial District in North Dakota. He was appointed by Governor Jack Dalrymple (R) on October 24, 2016, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Debbie Kleven. McCarthy took office on December 1, 2016.[1]
Biography
McCarthy received his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He was the chief deputy state's attorney for the Grand Forks County from 2013 until his judicial appointment in 2016.[1]
