Debbie G. Kleven is a former district court judge for the Northeast Central Judicial District of North Dakota. Kleven was based out of Grand Forks, North Dakota, which is located in Grand Forks County. She was first elected to the court in 1994.[1] Kleven retired on August 8, 2016.[2]

Kleven received a B.S. and J.D. from the University of North Dakota in 1980 and 1983, respectively.[1]
