Jeffrey Marc Kelly is an associate judge on the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois.[1] He was appointed to the court in February 2011 was appointed to a full term in June of that year.[2][3] Kelly was most recently reappointed in 2015.[4]
Education
Kelly received his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University in 1996 and his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in 2000.[2]
Career
Prior to being appointed to the court, Kelly worked as an attorney in private practice.[2]
