Jeffrey S. Evans was a 2013 candidate for the Franklin-Fulton County Court of Common Pleas in Franklin and Fulton counties in Pennsylvania.
2013 election
Evans ran for election to the Franklin-Fulton County Court of Common Pleas.
Primary: He received 42 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary on May 21, 2013. He also cross-filed as a Republican, but lost that primary with 37.6% of the vote.
General: He was defeated by Jeremiah Zook in the general election on November 5, 2013, after receiving 31.1 percent of the vote.

Evans earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College in 1986 and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1989.[3]
