Joel D. Worshtil was a judge for the Fifth District Court in Prince George's County, Maryland. He served as a judge from January 30, 1998 until his retirement from the court on May 31, 2012.[1]
Education
Worshtil received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo in 1968 and his J.D. from the Ohio State University College of Law in 1972.[1]
