John C. Porto

John C. Porto is a judge on the Vicinage 1 Superior Court in New Jersey. He serves on the court for Cape May County.[1] Porto was appointed to the court in 2010 by Governor Jon Corzine.[2] He must be reappointed in 2017 to remain on the bench.[3][4]

Porto received his J.D. from the University of Akron.[3]
Career
Porto was counsel for Cape May County, New Jersey from 2003 through his appointment to the bench. He has also previously worked as assistant counsel in Middlesex and Atlantic counties and as a private attorney.[2]
