John Griffin Miller was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 9th Congressional District of Indiana. He lost in the Democratic primary on May 8, 2012.[1]

Career

Miller has worked as a nonprofit manager for 10 years following a 25-year career in executive retail management.[2]

He previously worked as an Executive Director of an agency that built and moved houses, counseled future homebuyers and was a HUD-certified foreclosure counselor. Currently, Miller works for a military charity near Fort Knox helping post 9/11-families with grants of financial assistance.[2]

Miller ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Indiana's 9th District. Miller and three other candidates lost to Shelli Yoder in the May 8, 2012, Democratic primary.[1][3]
