John P. Dewey

John P. Dewey is a former judge on the Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas in Fremont, Ohio.[1] He served on the court from 2009 to 2020. Dewey was first elected to the court in November 2008.[2][3] He retired six months before the end of his final term, on May 31, 2020, due to health concerns amid the 2020 coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.[4]

Dewey received his undergraduate degree from Muskingum College in 1969 and his J.D. from the Ohio State University in 1972.[1]
