John Paul Davey is a judge on the Seventh Circuit Court in Prince George's County, Maryland.[1] He was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley on September 28, 2011 and was elected to a full term in November 2012.[2] [3]

Education

Davey received his undergraduate degree from King's College in 1974, his master's in urban affairs from American University in 1975, and his J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law in 1987.[4]

2012 election

Davey ran unopposed for his appointed seat on the Seventh Circuit Court.[5] He was successful in his bid, receiving 19.7% of the vote; the five candidates with the highest vote percentages were elected in the race.[6][7]
