Joseph V. Brennan
Joseph V. Brennan ran for judge on the 3rd Circuit Court in 2012.
2012 election
Brennan was the only non-incumbent candidate of 17 candidates competing for 16 seats. He received the lowest amount of votes, winning only 3.73%.[1][2]
Brennan previously ran for judge of the Circuit Court in 1992 and for a seat on the Court of Appeals in 1998.[3]

Brennan received a B.Ph. degree from Wayne State University in 1976 and a J.D. degree from the Detroit College of Law in 1981.[3]

- 1985-1987: Associate attorney of Bockoff & Zamler, P.C.
- 1987-1989: Junior partner of Campbell, O'Brien & Mistele, P.C.
- 1989-1993: Partner of Laska & Brennan, P.C.
- 1993-2000, 2010-present: Law Offices of J. Vincent Brennan
- 2000 - 2010: Corporate counsel for Compuware Corporation[3]
Brennan is also a former School Board Trustee.[3]
