Judge Farmer turns 70, prepares to retire

Florida: Judge Gary M. Farmer, of the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal, announced that he will retire at the end of his current term. In August, he turned 70, which is the age of mandatory retirement for judges in Florida. He may, however, finish his current term, which ends on January 3, 2011. He has served on this court since 1991.[1]
