Larry Gamble was a member of the Franklin Public School District School Board At-large in Wisconsin. Gamble assumed office in 2017.

Gamble ran for re-election to the Franklin Public School District School Board At-large in Wisconsin. Gamble won in the general election on April 3, 2018.

Gamble was previously a 2013 Republican candidate for District 21 of the Wisconsin State Assembly.[1]

Biography

Gamble is a former airline pilot and retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2008 after serving in the military for 25 years.[2]

Three of the seven seats on the Franklin Public School District Board of Education in Wisconsin were up for at-large general election on April 3, 2018. Incumbent Jeff Lewis did not file for re-election, leaving one open seat. Incumbents Janet Evans and Larry Gamble and newcomer Claude Lewis were the only ones to file for election and were elected unopposed.[3][4]

Gamble ran in the 2013 election for Wisconsin State Assembly District 21. The seat was vacant following Mark Honadel's (R) resignation to take a job in the private sector. Gamble was defeated by Jessie Rodriguez in the October 22 Republican primary. The special election took place on November 19, 2013.[5][1][6][7]
