Letitia Z. Paul was a judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Southern District of Texas. Paul was appointed on March 21, 1985, and reappointed to 14-year renewable terms in 1999 and 2013. She retired from the court on February 1, 2017.[1][2][3]
Education
Paul earned a bachelor's degree from Rice University and a J.D. from Syracuse University.[4]
