Lloyd U. Nolan
Lloyd U. Nolan is a magistrate judge on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. He was appointed by Chief Judge Lee F. Satterfield in August 2010.[1]
Education
Nolan received his undergraduate degree from American International College in 1988 and his J.D. from The George Washington University School of Law in 1998.[2]
Career
Between receiving his undergraduate and law degrees, Nolan worked for Nabisco and Kraft General Food's companies, concentrating on sales and marketing.
He began his legal career as a clerk for Judge Russell F. Canan on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Next, Nolan worked with the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, where he worked until joining the Superior Court in 2010.[2]
