Lorinda L. Hinch
Lorinda L. Hinch was a Pennsylvania magisterial district judge for Mercer County Magisterial District.[1] She was first appointed to the bench in 2005 to serve the remainder of former District Judge Ruth M. French's term.[2] Hinch was elected to the position for a six-year term in 2007 and won re-election in November 2013 to a term ending in 2019.[3] On October 6, 2016, she announced her retirement from the bench, effective January 5, 2017. An election was held in May 2017 to fill the seat for the remainder of her term.[4]

Hinch earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh Law School in 1981.[2]
Career
Prior to her election to the bench, Hinch served as supervisory and first assistant district attorney for 19 years in Mercer County.[5] Before that, she worked for the public defender's office and served as a clerk for Mercer County Common Pleas Judge Albert E. Acker.[2]
