The Louisiana Municipal Revenue Bonds Amendment, also known as Amendment 28, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed regulations relating to municipal corporations or taxing districts issuing revenue bonds.[1]
