In 1970, voters decided on eight statewide ballot measures in Washington on November 3.
- Two of the measures were Initiatives to the People.
- Four of the measures were legislatively referred state statutes.
- Two of the measures were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
- Voters approved three (37.5%) and rejected five (62.5%) measures.
