The Louisiana New Orleans Traffic Court Amendment, also known as Amendment 10, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed modifications to the jurisdiction of the traffic court of New Orleans relative to the criminality of driving while intoxicated.[1]
