The Louisiana New Orleans Traffic Court Amendment Two, also known as Amendment 25, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed modifications to the jurisdiction of the traffic court of New Orleans by amending Section 94 of Article VII. These modifications related to traffic offenses that might by punishable by state statute.[1]
