The Maine Bangor Regional Mental Healthcare Facility Bond Issue, also known as Referendum Question No. 2, was on the September 12, 1967 ballot in Maine as a legislatively referred bond question, where it was approved.[1] The measure issued $350,000 in bonds for construction of Regional Care Facility for the "Severely Mentally Retarded" at Bangor State Hospital.[2]
