Marianne O. Mizel

Marianne O. Mizel is a judge of the Ulster County Family Court in New York. She was elected to this position in 1994 and her current term expires in 2013.[1] She also serves as an acting justice of the Ulster County Supreme Court, New York.[2]
Education
Mizel received her B.A. degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 1976 and her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law in 1980.[1]
Career
Mizel began her career in 1981 as a private practice lawyer. She worked in this capacity until 1992. She also worked for the City of Kingston as Assistant Corporation Counsel (1986-1988) and Corporation Counsel (1992). She was elected to the Family Court in 1994.[1]
