Marilyn B. Miles was a judge of the Superior Court of Humboldt County in California. She was elected to the Humboldt County Municipal Court in 1996 and joined the superior court in 1998 after the two courts were consolidated. Miles retired from the bench on July 31, 2017.[1]

Miles earned a B.A. from San Jose State University, a master's degree from Humboldt State University, and a J.D. from the University of California, Davis. Prior to joining the municipal court, she worked as the directing attorney of the Eureka Office of California Indian Services.[1]
