Mark Duncan is a judge for the Eighth Judicial District in Mississippi. He was appointed by Gov. Phil Bryant (R) on May 31, 2017, to fill the vacancy left by the retirement of Vernon Cotten.[1]

Biography

Duncan was the district attorney for the Eighth Judicial District from 2003 until his appointment as judge.[1]
