Mark E. Bovard is an associate judge on the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois. He was appointed to the court on September 4, 2012, and he was reappointed in 2015 to a term expiring on June 30, 2019.[1][2]

Education

Bovard earned his undergraduate degree from Eastern Illinois University in 1994 and his J.D. from Indiana University in 1997.[1]

Career

Before his appointment to the Fifth Judicial Circuit, Bovard was affiliated with Heller, Holmes & Assoc., P.C. in Mattoon, Illinois.[1]
