Martin sworn in to Superior Court position

Washington: Judge Elizabeth Martin was appointed to the Pierce County Superior Court by Gov. Gregoire on May 11, 2010. She officially joined this court on June 3rd after taking the oath of office. Judge Martin previously worked as lawyer for the firm of Gordon Thomas Honeywell LLP and as a pro-tem judge on the Pierce County Superior Court. She will replace Judge Lisa Worswick, who was promoted to the Washington Court of Appeals.[1]
