The Maryland Salary of the State Treasurer Amendment, also known as Amendment 14, was on the November 8, 1966 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided that the salary of the State Treasurer be fixed by the general assembly by law.[1][2]
