In 1966, voters decided on eight statewide ballot measures in Oklahoma. On May 3, voters decided on five measures. On May 24, voters decided on two measures. On November 8, voters decided on one measure.

• Seven of the measures were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
• One of the measures was a veto referendum.
• Voters approved seven (87.5%) and rejected one (12.5%) measure.
