Melba Curls is a former at-large member of the Kansas City City Council in Missouri, holding Position 3. She was elected to the council in 2007 and served until 2015. Before becoming a member of city council, Curls was a Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives from 1999 to 2007.[1][2]
