Melvin P. Zeno was a judge of the 24th Judicial District of the Louisiana District Courts. He retired from his 24th District seat in 2008.[1][2]
Zeno presided temporarily over the Division B seat on the Orleans Parish Civil District Court after it was vacated by Regina Bartholomew Woods. The seat was filled permanently by the winner of the 2017 election, Rachael Johnson.[3]
