Michael A. Gary

Michael A. Gary is an acting justice of the Kings County Supreme Court, Criminal Term in the 2nd Judicial District of New York. He has served in this position since 1994. He has also served as a judge of the New York City Criminal Court since February of 1987. He was reappointed in 2001 and 2010.[1][2][3]
Education
Gary received his A.B. degree from the College of the Holy Cross in 1971 and his J.D. degree from the New York University School of Law in 1974.[1]
Career
Prior to his judicial appointment, Gary worked at the Kings County District Attorney's Office for approximately 12 years, where he rose to the position of Superviser and Bureau Chief. He was appointed to the Criminal Court in 1987.[2]
