Michelle E. Heward is a judge on the juvenile court of the Second Judicial District in Utah. She was appointed by Governor Gary Herbert in July 2010.[1] She was retained in 2014 for a term that expires on January 3, 2021.[2]

Heward was retained to the Second District with 79.9 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [2] 

Education

Heward received a bachelor's degree from Weber State University in 1982. She then earned a J.D. from the University of Utah in 1987.[3]
