I will support our law enforcement and be tough on crime. As a mother of a MPLS Police Officer, I have a unique perspective on how crime affects our community and our law enforcement. I support increasing penalties for violent crimes, fully supporting law enforcement with the funding and training they need to keep our communities safe, and will demand prosecutors stop the revolving door which releases criminals back into our communities.

I will advocate for better Schools for our Kids. As a public school, homeschool and private school mom, I will advocate for school choice so that everyone has equity of opportunity to choose the school that best fits the needs of their children. I believe in strong, rigorous public education, and will ensure schools are focused on academic excellence, and will support parental involvement and curricula transparency. Let's give our kids the education they deserve and create schools that are worthy of our hard-earned tax dollars.

Controlling the Cost of Living. Minnesotans are facing increasing costs for gas, food, and everyday living while state government has an over $9.3 billion surplus. I will fight for permanent income tax relief and to end the taxation on Social Security income for seniors.
Crime and Policing, Healthcare and Healthcare freedom, Reining in the size of government and Lowering taxes.

As a mother of a MN Police Sergeant, I have a unique perspective on how crime affects both our communities and our law enforcement officers. We need to support our law enforcement officers and make criminals accountable for their actions.

Healthcare expenses have sky rocketed and these past two years have seen our healthcare freedoms erode. I believe we can lower healthcare costs by offering additional free-market choices. This will take innovation and working across the aisle. Additionally, we must give people the freedom to determine what goes into their bodies, without retribution or discrimination.

As a former small business owner, I know we can rein in the size of government, give permanent tax relief, and bring down the cost of living for all Minnesotans.
I have been working hard my entire life and will bring that same spirit and determination to the Capital. I hold myself to very high standards, and am honest, trustworthy, and a woman who thinks virtue matters. Truth, accountability and common sense are quite often missing in our society today, and I intend to bring those attributes with me to the Legislature.
My very first job began at the age of 9 at my parents' theatre businesses. I worked there until I graduated High School. I know the value of hard work and the challenges and joys of owning your own business. It is truly the American Dream to be able to leave a legacy behind because of hard work and determination.
