The Mississippi Navigable Streams, Amendment 3, also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Mississippi on June 4, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed that the constitution be amended: House Concurrent Resolution No. 71. The amendment addressed mineral facilities navigable streams.[1]
