The Mississippi Voter Literacy, Amendment 2, also known as Amendment 2, was on the 1975 ballot in Mississippi as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed that the constitution be amended. The amendment proposed that the voter literacy requirement be removed.[1]
