Neil J. Walker
Neil J. Walker is a former associate justice for the Somerville District Court in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. His term expired on August 13, 2014, when he reached the mandatory retirement age of 70. Walker is also a former associate justice for the Lowell District Court. He was appointed to the bench in 1985 by former Governor Michael Dukakis.[1][2]
