Nicole S. Healy
Nicole S. Healy is a judge of the Superior Court of San Mateo County in California. She assumed office in 2021.

She was appointed to the court on July 9, 2021 by Gavin Newsom to replace George A. Miram. Although California Superior Court judges are elected in nonpartisan elections, a press release from Gov. Newsom's office announcing Healy's appointment identified her as a Democrat.[1]
Career
Healy received her J.D. from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. She was a member of the Attorney General’s Honors Program in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from 1991 to 1992, serving in multiple positions. From 1992 to 1998, she served as a Trial Attorney in the Fraud Section at the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division. From 1998 to 2012, she was Of Counsel and Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC, and she was Of Counsel at Bergeson LLP in 2013. Since 2013 until her appointment, Healy was a Partner of Ropers Majeski Kohn & Bentley.[1]
