Noel E. Blum was a judge for the Boulder County Court in Colorado.[1] Blum was appointed to the court in 2003.[2] 

Blum retired on January 8, 2019.[3]

Blum was retained to the Boulder County Court, Colorado with 61.1 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [4]

Blum was retained in 2010 with 70.51% of the vote.[5]
