North Dakota County Treasurer Term Restriction, Initiative 9 (1956)
The North Dakota County Treasurer Term Restriction Initiative, also known as Initiative 9, was on the June 26, 1956 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure repealed the term limit on county treasurers, which was previously two four-year terms.[2]
