North Dakota Municipal Home Rule Referendum, Number 1 (1966)

The North Dakota Municipal Home Rule Referendum, also known as Number 1, was on the November 8, 1966 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure provided for home rule of villages and cities.[2]
