North Dakota State Revenue Sharing Initiative, Measure 1 (1978)
The North Dakota State Revenue Sharing Initiative, also known as Measure 1, was on the November 7, 1978 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was approved.[1][2] The measure gave five percent of the annual net proceeds from state sales, use and income taxes to a revenue sharing fund to be paid to each county, city, city park district and township governmental unit.[3]
