Ballot title
The ballot title for Charter Amendment 4 was as follows:
| “ | Shall Section 8.13 of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Omaha be amended to establish the process to provide for an Acting Mayor in the event that a public disaster results in the death or disability of the Mayor and the entire City Council, all as provided in the Notice of Election?
