Patrick H. Tott is a district judge of Iowa District 3B. He was appointed to this position in 2014. Tott was retained in the general election on November 8, 2016.[1]

Biography

Tott earned his B.S. in business administration and J.D. from Creighton University in 1989 and 1991, respectively.[1]

From 1994 to 2001, he served as a part-time associate juvenile judge. He was also a part-time Woodbury County magistrate from 1999 to 2014. Tott was in private practice with the Sioux City firm Buckmeier & Daane prior to joining the court.[1]
