Patrick L. Kirk is a former multi-bench judge for the Herkimer County Surrogate's Court and the Herkimer County Court in New York. He served in this position from 2002, following his election, until December 2011. He did not seek re-election, since he did not receive the Republican Party endorsement.[1][2]
Education
Kirk attended Valparaiso University for his Bachelor of Arts and J.D. degrees.[3]
