Paul Eugene Dame is a judge for the Fifth Judicial District Juvenile Court in Utah. He was appointed to the court by Governor Gary Herbert on May 9, 2014, to replace Hans Q. Chamberlain. He was confirmed by the Utah State Senate on June 18, 2014. His term will expire in 2018.[1][2]
Education
Dame received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from the Brigham Young University Law School in 1990.[1][3]
Career
Dame served as the St. George city prosecutor, starting in 1995. He later became the chief deputy Washington County prosecutor until 2004. That year, he became a justice court judge, serving the Washington County Justice Court in the Fifth Judicial District until his appointment to the Fifth Judicial District Juvenile Court in 2014.[1]
