O'Neal (Republican Party) was a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 6. He assumed office on September 23, 2022. He left office on January 1, 2023.

Republican Party leaders from Currituck, Dare, Hyde, and Pamlico counties appointed O'Neal to North Carolina House of Representatives District 6 on September 19, 2022, to replace Robert Hanig (R).[1]
