Philip Scollo
Philip Scollo was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 10th Congressional District of Pennsylvania.[1]
He was defeated by incumbent Tom Marino.[2]

Scollo ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Pennsylvania's 10th District. He was unopposed in the April 24, 2012, Democratic Primary and faced incumbent Rep. Tom Marino (R) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[3]
The Washington Post listed the House of Representatives elections in Pennsylvania in 2012 as one of the 10 states that could have determined whether Democrats would retake the House or Republicans would hold their majority in 2013.[4] Ohio tied with Pennsylvania for 9th on the list.[4]
