Reggie Marselus
Reggie Marselus (Democratic Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Kansas' 3rd Congressional District. He did not appear on the ballot for the Democratic primary on August 7, 2018.
Marselus was a 2016 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Kansas.[1] Marselus was defeated by Jay Sidie in the Democratic primary.[2]
Marselus was a 2014 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Kansas.[3] He was defeated by Kelly Kultala in the Democratic primary on August 5, 2014.[4]

Heading into the election, Ballotpedia rated this race as a race to watch. Incumbent Kevin Yoder (R) defeated Jay Sidie (D) and Steve Hohe (L) in the general election on November 8, 2016. Yoder defeated Greg Goode in the Republican primary, while Sidie defeated Reggie Marselus and Nathaniel McLaughlin to win the Democratic nomination. The primary elections took place on August 2, 2016.[1][2]
